Diversity & Transformation Award

This award recognises organisations that are committed to transformation, to equal employment opportunity and fostering business relationships with minority- and women-owned businesses.

Furthermore it recognises organisations that are committed to providing a work environment where employees and applicants for employment are treated with respect and dignity, and without regard to race, colour, religion, gender and disability.

It acknowledges organisations who have implemented initiatives to ensure that all employees are employed and treated during their employment, from recruitment and selection for hire through compensation, promotions, and terminations, in accordance with its commitment to equal employment opportunity.

It also includes organisations that source products and services from previously under-used women-owned suppliers, resulting in a number of growth-orientated women entrepreneurs that are able to service various corporates.
