Angela is currently Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Institute of Directors in Southern Africa (IoDSA). She originally joined the IoDSA in July 2004 to formalise and grow the organisation’s director development offering.
Angela previously held the position of as Chief Operating Officer having been promoted to the role in 2008 and as an executive director in 2009 and has been involved in the field of director education for 12 years. As CEO, she serves on the Board and board sub committees of the IoDSA.
Angela also serves on the Chartered Director (South Africa) Governing Body and she is currently Chairman of the Independent Professional Body Forum, Chairman of IoDSA’s Chartered Director (SA) Examination Committee, and Chairman of the Public Sector Audit Committee Forum steering committee.
She serves on the Executive Committee of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) and is Deputy Chairman of the African Corporate Governance Network (ACGN).
Angela also serves as Trustee of the Endangered Wildlife Trust.
